A lot of my customers tell me that they have had a phone call from Microsoft saying things like you have viruses on your computer or some such. THIS IS A SCAM! Criminals (usually of Asian origin) will try and persuade you to download a program allowing them access to your computer. Microsoft will NEVER contact you about anything like this. If you have been the victim of one of these scams then contact me and I will give you some sound advice and if needed, tighten up your security.
